Are you accepting orders?

Yes, we are currently accepting orders and able to produce most of our product line. Our national footprint allows us to route orders appropriately to open facilities, and we’re continuously updating our website so you can view and order available products.

Are you offering Free Local Delivery?

No. At this time, Free Local Delivery is not available. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Can I expect my order to arrive on time?

We are continuing to return production to our normal turnaround times, and are making adjustments each day so that our completion estimates are as accurate as possible. Due to enhanced safety procedures adopted to ensure a safe work environment for our employees, certain products may continue to require one to two days more to complete than we offered previously. In rare cases, we may reroute your order to another facility, but we will make every effort to expedite production, so it can be produced within the turnaround times you have selected.

Are you offering Next Day or Same Day Turnarounds?

Next Day Turnarounds are being offered for select products; we hope to expand availability of Next Day, and consider addition of Same Day options, as the situation continues to evolve. We’ll let you know as soon as availability of these services returns. In the meantime, the continuously updated is your best resource for product and service availability. For current orders in the system, please allow the full turnaround time for production.

I had a package returned to you. How can I get it reshipped?

We know some closures have been invitable, and understand that some of you may not have been able to receive your order. We want to help. Please reach out to Customer Service so we can track your order and determine the next steps for a successful delivery.

I received an email that my order has been shipped and a tracking code was provided, but I have yet to receive my order.

Effective March 24, 2020, UPS has suspended their service guarantee for all U.S. origin shipments. You will still receive your order, but it’s not guaranteed to be delivered within the shipping time frame you selected. For more information, please visit the UPS website.

Can I order Promo items?

Yes, we are continuing to accept orders for promo items on In fact, we have just reduced pricing on ALL products across the site!
