1. We start with an initial deposit (50% of the total build cost).
2. We build your complete website, including your chosen number of Core Capabilities.
3. Upon completion and your approval, you pay the remaining balance.

• One full year of our premium website hosting and technical support is included.
• After the first year, you can continue with our affordable hosting and support plan.
• Full training on how to manage your content.

This option is perfect for businesses that prefer to handle their website as a one-time capital investment and plan for future redesigns or major updates as separate projects down the road.

Option 2: The All-Inclusive Subscription

This is our modern, forward-thinking partnership model designed for growth. It turns your website into a dynamic asset that never gets old.

How it works:

1. We start with the same initial deposit, which acts as a one-time setup fee. This gets the initial, full-featured version of your site built.
2. Instead of a final balance, you immediately roll into a single, predictable flat monthly fee.

What you get:

• Everything included in the Traditional Build (a full site, hosting, support, and training).
• PLUS: Ongoing Design & Development.

What is “Ongoing Design & Dev”? It means we are always working on your site. We continually refresh the design, look for better and faster plugins, optimize for performance, and tune your features. Your homepage might get a refresh for a new season, we might rebuild a menu for a better user experience, or we might re-style your blog to keep it modern.

With this model, you will never have to pay for a major website redesign again. We keep your site constantly evolving, ensuring it remains a modern and effective tool for your business, forever.
